VISA has introduced its new “Visa Claims Resolution Initiative,” otherwise known as the “VCR”. It’s a policy meant to expedite transaction disputes and reduce chargebacks for cardholders, merchants and banks alike. However, it is yet unclear whether it will deliver on its promises.
