ChargebackHelp / DisputeHelp are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role is instrumental in accelerating growth through brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Oversee company websites, including regular content updates and feature enhancements in collaboration with our web design agency. (Experience with WordPress required.)
  • Social Media Growth: Develop and execute a content calendar to expand our LinkedIn presence, track performance, and foster engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Write, design, and distribute newsletters and other campaigns using platforms like MailChimp, Hubspot, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Content Creation: Draft external communications including announcements, press releases, product updates, and more.
  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Collaborate with internal teams on planning, promotion, and execution.
  • Conference Support: Assist with speaker proposals and award submissions for industry events.
  • Lead Generation: Contribute to initiatives such as SEO, paid ads, account-based marketing, and other strategies.
  • Video Content Development: Work with stakeholders and agencies to produce compelling brand videos.
  • Thought Leadership Content: Collaborate on research reports, whitepapers, infographics, and other promotional materials.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain reports to showcase marketing effectiveness and critical metrics.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in marketing and communications, ideally in the payments industry (preferred but not required).

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, email marketing platforms, and CMSs (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic graphic and web design skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet shifting deadlines.
