RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution) is provided by Verifi, a Visa Company, that enables merchants to automate dispute resolutions with pre-defined rule sets. This rules-driven decisioning triggers a credit to cardholders for qualified disputes. It is meant to reduce the amount of time and resources expended by the merchant in disputes, expedite the refund process, and improve customer experience for Visa cardholders.
